How we work

Start with the operation. Build around the buyer.

The strongest digital work begins with an accurate understanding of the manufacturing business—not a template, trend or pre-selected package.

Principles

The work should be commercially useful before it is visually impressive.

01

Manufacturer-first

We begin with the operation, its capability and its market.

02

Buyer-led

We structure information around the questions behind a serious decision.

03

Evidence-based

We prefer specific proof to broad marketing claims.

04

Connected

Website, visibility and content should reinforce the same proposition.

05

Proportionate

The scope should match the real constraint and opportunity.

The process

Five decisions from visibility gap to working system.

01

Visibility review

We examine how a suitable buyer is likely to encounter and interpret the business today. The first conversation identifies the apparent gap, the commercial priority and whether a deeper engagement makes sense.

02

Operation and buyer workshop

We get close to what the business actually does: capabilities, products, processes, applications, standards, differentiators, ideal enquiries and common reasons buyers hesitate. Where practical, this can include the people closest to delivery, estimating, technical decisions and customer questions.

03

Definition and architecture

We turn that understanding into a proposition, information structure and buyer journey. This establishes what needs to be said, where it belongs and which evidence supports it.

04

Creation and build

We design and produce the agreed website, search foundations or content. Progress is reviewed against the commercial brief rather than personal taste alone.

05

Launch, measure and improve

We check the final experience, establish appropriate measurement and use real evidence to guide the next improvement. A launch is a working foundation, not the end of learning.

Working relationship

Direct access. Clear decisions. No theatre.

You will know what is being decided, what information is needed and what the work is intended to change. We will challenge unclear claims, weak evidence and unnecessary complexity—including when that means recommending a smaller first step.

Project scope, timing, responsibilities and fees are agreed before work begins. Specialist production support may be brought in where the brief requires it, with responsibilities made clear.
