South Suntreso Limited is the legal entity and data controller for enquiries submitted to K22 Works. K22 Works is a trading name of South Suntreso Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16122395. Registered office: Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester M2 3WQ.
The visibility-review form may collect your name, work email, company, role, website, UK location, details about the business and its manufacturing offer, the opportunities that matter, the issues you identify and what would make the conversation useful. Basic technical information may also be processed by the hosting platform to operate and secure the site.
We use the information to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare for a relevant conversation, keep an appropriate record of the relationship and protect the site from misuse. We do not use the form as permission to add you to unrelated marketing.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical request data, such as browser and device information, to assess whether a submission is likely to come from a real person. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare as a third-party service under its own privacy practices.
We process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interests in operating and developing the business. The form acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is not the only lawful basis for processing.
Providing information through the visibility-review form is voluntary. The fields marked as required are needed so that we can understand and respond to your enquiry. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to assess the request or contact you about it.
Form data is stored within the Base44 services used to operate this website and may be accessible to authorised South Suntreso personnel. Base44’s built-in email service is used to notify K22 Works of a new enquiry. Base44 stores app data in the United States by default and uses subprocessors in the United States and other countries. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, Base44 states that it uses applicable lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards, such as adequacy arrangements, recognised data privacy frameworks or contractual protections. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your information by emailing contact@k22works.com. We will add any further CRM, scheduling, analytics or other providers to this notice before they are connected to the live journey.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it remains useful for the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship, legal obligations or the protection of legitimate interests. UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing.
